This project concerned the renovation of an existing apartment with discordant architectural elements which were a bad mimic of traditional Pilion architecture.( arches) The basic request was the creation of a residence for a young couple so the reformation of this apartment began. The aim was to transform the claustrophobic spaces into airy and light filled rooms. Therefore many walls were demolished and light colours were used. The integration of the kitchen into the living-room and the dining-room was the main intervention not only on a functional basis but also as an architectural feature.
