The apartment in a historic building designed by famous architects of the past, becomes an elegant contemporary maze of well designed custom structures and modern light solutions. The design studio carried on the renovation combining clear lined design, strong black accents and the purity of wooden cladding. The block is considered an example of the architecture of the 1960s. There was no change in the space arrangement of the residence with respect to the architectural proposal of the past. The entrance hall is furnished with a custom made construction covered with mirror enhancing the space. Then the living room unfolds with the dining table and a comfortable sofa offering a breathtaking view to the sea and the nearby park. The kitchen is furnished with storage units in a light grey color, while the counter is covered with white Greek marble, creating a modern functional and contemporary atmosphere. Smart steel sanitary ware and a dark grey granite lend an air of discrete charm to the bathroom which is softened with an oak custom made cabinet. The two bedrooms coloured in shades of blue and grey, floored with restored oak flooring and furnished with modern pieces add a touch of contemporary feel.
